I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was perfect for visiting the temples and exploring the vibrant Pub Street. The proximity to the airport and bus station made it incredibly convenient for my travels. The service was exceptional, with room service, car hire, and bicycle hire available. The housekeeping and laundry services ensured that my room was always clean and tidy. I also appreciated the shops and medical facilities on-site, as well as the airport shuttle service. The room itself was beautiful and well-appointed, with amenities such as air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a balcony. The hotel also offered a variety of dining options, including a buffet breakfast and a poolside snack bar. The spa and wellness centre was a wonderful place to unwind, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services that exceeded my expectations!
This place is highly recommended for families.

Fantastic touristic attractions like Phsa Leu were next to this place. It is surely good value. The balcony was a wonderful addition to the room. A 15-minute ride to the airport.

Nothing, I was very disapointed.
I was in a suite room on the 4 floor. In the Bathroom the the shower cabin was not fixed so when I took a shower the cabin moved. I could see electricle cables inside from the shower cabine. And no hot water ad all. There was no shower near the Swimming Pool and the water was not clearin the pool. For a small reason, I complain to one of the Barkeepers near the swimming pool and he answered to me when I am not satisfied with this hotel I have to move to an other one. 50 dollar per night is defenitely to expensive for this service. You can find a cheaper hotel with a much more better service and facilitys

A great hotel, friendly staff. Even the standard rooms are full-fledged 4* suites. Free pick-up/drop off to the airport. Highly recommended!
A little bit off from the city center but you are probably won't ever need it.

The staff are very friendly and helpful.
Very noisy at about 0530hr every morning due to prayer session next to the hotel. Internet coverage was minimum, some of the rooms could not get access to internet at all.

Convenient location near city center and affordable price. the hotel room was spacious and had a good view. the complimentary breakfast offered a decent variety of Asian and Western foods.
The cleanliness of the bathroom could have been better, and the towels provided were old and worn out. the pillows were also too hard and uncomfortable to sleep on.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and made sure I was accommodated even though I arrived early. Hotel facilities were excellent, including two wonderful swimming pools, and the location was very near the market. The cleanliness was really impressive and the breakfast delicious.
Can't fault the property in any way.

Spent Christmas here and it was amazing! Great food and cozy atmosphere. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always willing to assist with any questions or needs. Location was perfect - close to all the major attractions and easy access to local shopping. Enjoyed the pool and spa amenities, which were immaculately kept. The Christmas decorations were a nice touch, very festive and added to the holiday spirit.
The room was a bit on the small side and there was a slight noise issue due to the location next to a busy street. The internet was a bit spotty at times, which was inconvenient.

The hotel was located quite far away from the town area, making it difficult to access popular spots like pub street without paying extra for transportation. there was a wet market within walking distance where we could find street food. the rooms were basic but clean, with big bathrooms and separate showers. the staff were helpful and friendly, providing guidance and advice on where to visit. the spa was excellent and very relaxing.
The breakfast was poor compared to other hotels in Asia.
